Pickles was discovered at the Cumberland County, NC shelter with sores on his body and pneumonia. He was set to be euthanized when a volunteer contacted the Adopt Me Animal Rescue, who agreed to pull Pickles, who is estimated to be 2-years-old.
He was brought straight to the ER and treated for pneumonia. He is struggling to breath and has required multiple trips to the vet for medicine and IV fluids. The Tortorella Foundation agreed to help with his vetting bills.
